# HYPE-BUY

> The event booking marketplace that connects organizers with rated, verified performers, vendors, and venues — secure escrow payments, two-way reviews, AI-assisted matching, and digital contracts.

HYPE-BUY is a two-sided marketplace for live events. Event organizers (planners, brands, venues, individuals) discover and book **talent** (DJs, musicians, bands, dancers, comedians, magicians, hosts, cirque performers, vocalists) and **vendors** (photographers, videographers, caterers, bartenders, florists, decor, lighting, sound, food trucks, security, transportation, planners, venues). Providers receive bookings, get paid through escrow via Stripe Connect, and grow with reviews, achievements, and HYPE-Rated rankings.

## How it works
- **Organizers** create events, browse providers by category/style/location/date, send inquiries, negotiate via in-app chat, sign digital contracts, and pay through secure escrow.
- **Providers** (Talent & Vendors) build a profile, list services with packages and starting prices, accept gigs, get paid after the event auto-releases from escrow.
- **Platform fee**: 10% on every booking. Funds held in escrow and released automatically after the event with a tiered refund/cancellation policy.
- **AI features**: smart search (natural-language parsing of intent), AI price suggestions, AI-generated event flyers, smart-reply chat assistance, automatic learning of provider FAQs.
- **Trust signals**: ID verification (blue checkmark), insurance integration, two-way reviews tied to specific events, achievement shelf, HYPE-Rated leaderboard, response-time badges, availability heatmap.
