## How it works

### For organizers
1. Create an event (date, location, type, budget, talent/vendor needs).
2. Browse providers using AI-powered search, category filters, location radius (5–200 miles), genre/style pills, availability heatmap.
3. Add providers to the booking cart, or send a direct inquiry.
4. Negotiate via in-app chat with AI smart-reply suggestions and AI price suggestions.
5. Sign a digital booking contract auto-generated from event metadata.
6. Pay via Stripe — funds held in escrow.
7. Provider performs; organizer (optionally) GPS check-ins at the venue (250-foot radius via Haversine formula).
8. Escrow auto-releases after the event; both parties leave a review.

### For providers
1. Choose role (Talent / Vendor / Event Organizer); creative & support staff are guided to the Vendor role.
2. Complete profile (avatar required for public visibility), add gallery (max 9 photos, 10MB each, mandatory 4:3 crop), media embeds (SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube, Vimeo).
3. List services with packages, starting prices, event-type pricing, and FAQs (AI-generated).
4. Accept/decline booking requests; counter-offer with AI-suggested pricing.
5. Get paid via Stripe Connect after auto-release. 10% platform fee.
