HYPE-BUY is a two-sided event marketplace. Organizers and providers connect, negotiate, contract, pay, and review entirely on-platform. No contact-info paywalls, no per-lead charges.

- Escrow-first payments: Stripe Connect holds funds until after the event auto-releases.
- Two-way reviews tied to events: a review always references a specific event (📍 Event Name).
- AI-native discovery: natural-language search, smart-reply chat, AI flyer generation, AI price suggestions, AI booking questions.
- HYPE-Rated ranking: composite score of reviews, response time, and HYPE-Coin boosts. Three tiers: Paid, Admin, Standard.
- Trust stack: ID verification (blue BadgeCheck), insurance partner badges, response-time badges, achievement shelf.
- One-page contracts: digital booking contracts auto-generated from event metadata.
- Mobile-first: condensed labels, horizontal single-line tabs, profile footer anchored to bottom.

Refund policy
Tiered: full refund 30+ days out, partial refund 7–30 days, no refund within 7 days.
